Our story starts in 2018, when we envisaged the opportunity of full remote collaboration model with our colleagues and customers. At that time it was not the rule, it was the exception, but it was our Vision and leading goal to develop this type of business model.
This has been our backbone ever since and today more than ever. As the challenges from last years reshaped the IT industry and collective standpoint, it became a desideratum to revitalize ourselves and the company. So we conducted a complete & objective retrospective and shifted the focus to the new "normal" by reinforcing our vision, but revamping our approach, as part of our company's resilience & growth mindset.
Ergo, CTOtech Manifesto is simple, yet powerful: Full remote collaborations for QA, team augmentation and Security services, based on full flexibility, transparency and educational development.
