CTOtech is your business partner for both companies and candidates too!
Currently the IT market is more focused on the companies’ needs and requirements, however, more and more IT people are in search of new projects, new challenges, new teams or new companies. People in IT are highly skilled, valuable and quintessential resources for digital projects, with needs and expectations, exactly as the companies have.
Considering this need for more balance and flexibility in the industry, our approach comes to endorse and meet the needs and expectations of candidates by connecting the right candidates with the right companies, projects and teams.
As a Candidate, we come to your support with a 3-step initiative:
1) Step 1: You apply to our active job openings to specific projects and companies. After a successful application, our HR colleague contacts you and sets up an initial meeting to get to know each other. After this meeting will follow the technical discussion with our partners/customers.
The discussion can have 3 different outcomes:
→ Outcome A: everything goes smooth and the project is starting, we successfully “match” you with the company and you will start the collaboration with us. This step’s duration is around 2-3 weeks.
→ Outcome B: everything goes smooth, BUT the project is put on-hold or declined by the customer.
→ Outcome C: You do not like the project, the team or the customer. There is no compatibility.
2) Step 2: when the outcome B occurs, we have the capacity to propose you several other projects (at the same or different customers). If you agree with this approach, we will present you the open opportunities. This step’s duration is also around 2-3 weeks.
3) Step 3: when the outcome C occurs, we have the opportunity to list, without any cost or constraint from your side, your resume on our website www.ctotech.io (section dedicated to candidates) and undertake actions to find the right company and project for you. If you agree with this approach, we will list your anonymized resume on our “marketplace” and will actively try to find a good match for you based on your needs and expectations. Moreover, we offer you monthly, free of charge, financial education sessions as long as you agree to have your resume listed on our platform.
Maybe you ask yourself WHY we do this?
Because we believe that a good project and a nice team is important, but achieving financial freedom is paramount. And THIS drives our mindset when we
write the first code line every morning. You can also freely send us your resume without having any open position listed for your tech stack. We will take into consideration every resume, without exception. This step’s duration can vary from 1-2 weeks to several months, depending on the requirements. Anyhow, your resume will be kept and listed only as long as you give us your free consent.
